The original layout of of this building by back in 1985 was 2 bedroom layout, the client is a family of 4 and requested 3 bedroom layout with plenty of storage. The owner likes to entertain guest have chosen the open kitchen design, there is also opportunity to enclosed the kitchen during cooking or family time.
We have also custom made an UK import materials called Forresso as the dinning table with matching backing to the display shelf. A mixture of Maxalto bar chair , B&B Italia Husk and De Castelli have furnishing have provided a classic yet contemporary approach to the living and dinning space.
The building itself have light weight brick at the underside of the slab for soundproofing, in which the low ceiling was inherited from this building. The design approach of this is to create a double curve cove ceiling to smoothen out the lights onto the ceiling to create a natural blend of lighting.
The stone flooring perimeter also mimic the ceiling to identify the living and dining zoning
Master bedroom have created into a relaxing environment with only B&O sound bar exposed for relaxing music and opportunity to view movies for some entertainment.
Contradi and Maxalto bedside lamp and table have been carefully chosen to enhance this experiences
The bathroom design have created an shower walk thru into Japanese style bathtub
Italian Gessi sanitary ware have been chosen for extra wellness
Whilst the siblings are quite young the parents want them to share more time together whilst they are young and have the opportunity to enclosed it with movable partition for privacy as they gets older
Casalis Slumber pouffes matching Magis Rocky horse were carefully chosen to match the Andrew Martin wall coverings to create a playful yet meaningful to the sibling as they love ponies
FLOS ICT1 table version was used as they reading lamping
