XLMS is has Certification for ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management System (EMS). This certification focuses on minimising negative environmental impacts, complying with regulations and reducing waste.
XLMS is committed to conducting its operations in an environmentally responsible manner and continually improving its environmental performance. We recognise that our business activities have an impact on the environment and are dedicated to minimising these impacts through the implementation of sustainable practices.

Prevent pollution and minimise resource use through waste reduction, reuse, recycling, energy and water efficiency, and sustainable materials.
Set measurable environmental objectives, monitor and report on impacts, and implement corrective actions.
Promote environmental awareness and responsibility through training, collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
All employees are responsible for implementing and maintaining the policy. Management provides resources and leadership to ensure its effectiveness. XLMS commits to reviewing and improving the policy to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in driving environmental sustainability.
