Votions XR Studio, one of Hong Kong’s first Extended Reality (XR) filming facilities, officially launched in early 2023. Located in the new Data Technology Hub in Tseung Kwan O, the state-of-the-art studio offers unparalleled creative tools, technologies, and workflows to empower digital content creators, brands, and artists. Unique to Hong Kong, the streaming facility integrates the latest XR technology with co-working and event spaces, creating a tech-savvy and innovation-inspired environment for KOLs and Gen Z users. The design and build of the first preventative health clinic in Hong Kong for Bowtie & JP Medical in Wan Chai.
Wristcheck, a new luxury watch store at Landmark Central, uses augmented retail technology and O2O capabilities. XLMS installed interactive displays on the glass, allowing users to touch and rotate watches using a LIDAR system. Additional content is available on TV screens behind the glass.
Belowground, a hybrid cultural and retail destination in Hong Kong, promotes high-end streetwear culture. It fosters a thriving ecosystem of brands, creatives, and innovators that blend luxury retail with contemporary culture. Aussco, a renowned textile manufacturer in Hong Kong, has advanced facilities in Dongguan, China. Known for its boutique approach, Aussco combines exceptional service with creativity and inspiration. XLMS designed and managed Aussco’s new facility and workplace, prioritising employee needs to foster collaboration, learning and mentorship. This approach creates a dynamic business culture, crucial for attracting and retaining talent in today’s competitive economy.

We leverage Building Information Modelling (BIM) to develop and analyse intelligent 3D models that support design development, coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, cost planning, and project scheduling. Our technology stack includes Archicad, Rhino/Grasshopper, and XLMS Technology’s proprietary advanced modelling platforms.
By linking 3D building models with real-time material and cost data, our digital workflows enable accurate construction cost forecasting and programme analysis throughout the design process.
